Stephanie Scheperle serves as a staff pastor at Life Stream Church in Washington, Missouri. Small Groups, Missions, Visitor Follow-Up, and all the amazing things that go along with being the lead pastor’s wife stretch her beyond what she ever imagined possible for an introvert-at-heart, albeit an introvert that has learned that God is faithful to equip with every obedient “Yes, I will.” Zechariah 4:6 has become her theme verse, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Hosts.”
Stephanie has been married to Paul for 32 wonderful years. They have three young adult kids: Gabriel, a graduate from Oral Roberts University; Benjamin, his twin brother, an Evangel University graduate; and Elizabeth, a '26 from St Louis Community College. Vicki Miller serves as the director of Refresh Ministry Women of the Southern Missouri Ministry Network AG. She loves to encourage women to fulfill their God-given purposes. Before coming to the SMMN, she served alongside her pastor husband at Ash Grove Assembly of God. A self-proclaimed "crack-filler", Vicki enjoyed organizing various ministries and relinquishing those oversights to capable members during their 25-year term. Vicki also enjoyed her years as an elementary school teacher.
The joys of her life are her four adult daughters, their husbands, and unmistakably, her nine grandchildren. Reading, sleuthing decor ideas, drinking iced tea, and spending time with family and friends are among her favorite things to do. Letitia Gonzalez serves as Kids Pastor, Missions Director, and Lead Pastor’s Wife at Berea Temple International Church in St. Louis, MO. She has a heart for discipleship and a passion for helping women grow in their faith and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Whether she’s teaching, leading, or encouraging, Letitia serves with care, consistency, and a genuine love for people.
With over 20 years in ministry and 25 years of marriage, Letitia has learned to trust God through every season. Outside of church, she enjoys journaling with a Coke Zero nearby, watching a good movie, and finding inspiration in the aisles of Hobby Lobby. Ashley Pritchett serves as an Executive Pastor at Bluff First, Poplar Bluff. In addition to local church ministry, she leads the Southern Missouri Network of Women Ministers and serves as the SMMN Female Presbyter. She's passionate about women ministers and through the NWM facilitates advocacy, collaboration, and training for credentialed women. Ashley believes coffee is a necessity and loves traveling with her family of four. Her ideal day includes a book and time in the sunshine.
Serving as our NWM Leader, Ashley invites credentialed women and those pursuing credentials to this group to build community and be encouraged. Ashley's cohort-style group meets weekly on Zoom and includes the opportunity for group members to process ministry challenges in small groups, share ideas, build friendships, and connect over shared experiences. Brandy McKinnon serves as the kids pastor at Dixon Assembly in Dixon, Missouri. In addition to local church ministry, she's the Kidmin rep for the Capital City Area and serves on the camp team with the Kidmin department. She's passionate about encouraging others and reaching kids and families for Jesus. As an ordained minister, Brandy has been part of Ashley Pritchett's cohort for several years and will be assuming that leadership role so Ashley can launch another cohort. Brandy and her husband, Casey, enjoy camping and fishing at the lake. In addition to loving on kids at church, she has 3 wonderful stepkids and a grandbaby to love on.

Cindy Washam and her husband serve as directors of Cross Pointe Camp and as Prayer coordinators for the Southern Missouri Ministry Network. Cindy is an ordained minister whose desire and focus in ministry is to challenge believers to press in, in prayer, until the Body of Christ functions in the fullness of the anointing and authority of the Holy Spirit. Cindy has two beautiful daughters (and son-in-laws) and six delightful grandchildren.
