Meet the FALL 2025-SPRING 2026 Cohort Leadership

Stephanie

Stephanie Scheperle serves as a staff pastor at Life Stream Church in Washington, Missouri. Small Groups, Missions, Visitor Follow-Up, and all the amazing things that go along with being the lead pastor’s wife stretch her beyond what she ever imagined possible for an introvert-at-heart, albeit an introvert that has learned that God is faithful to equip with every obedient “Yes, I will.” Zechariah 4:6 has become her theme verse, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Hosts.”

Stephanie has been married to Paul for 32 wonderful years. They have three young adult kids: Gabriel, a graduate from Oral Roberts University; Benjamin, his twin brother, a '25 graduate from Evangel University; and Elizabeth, a junior at St Louis Community College. Disc golf, escape rooms, watching British murder mysteries, paint ‘n sips, and studying verse-by-verse commentaries are her favorite thrills.

Vicki Miller serves as the director of Refresh Ministry Women of the Southern Missouri Ministry Network AG. She loves encourage women to fulfill their God-given purposes. Before coming to the SMMN, she served alongside her pastor husband at Ash Grove Assembly of God. A self-proclaimed "crack-filler", Vicki enjoyed organizing various ministries and relinquishing those oversights to capable members during their 25-year term. Vicki also enjoyed her years as an elementary school teacher.

The joys of her life are her four adult daughters, their husbands, and unmistakably, her eight grandchildren. Reading, sleuthing decor ideas, drinking iced tea, and spending time with family and friends are among her favorite things to do. One of her favorite scriptures is Ps. 42:1, "As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for you, O God."

Cindy Washam serves with her husband as directors of Cross Pointe Camp and as the Prayer Coordinators for the Southern Missouri Ministry Network. Cindy is an ordained minister whose desire and focus in ministry is to challenge believers to press in, in prayer, until the Body of Christ functions in the fullness of the anointing and authority of the Holy Spirit. Cindy has two wonderful daughters (and son-in-laws) and six delightful grandchildren.

Meet our Co-Leaders

Rebecca

Rebecca Barton will serve as a Cohort Assistant leader with Stephanie. An Evangel University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Spanish Education, Rebecca has been a teacher, worship leader, piano tutor, office administrator, and bookkeeper.

She currently serves with her husband, Scott, as lead pastors of Eldon First AG. They have been married 36 years--32 of those as pastors in Texas and Missouri. Rebecca also serves as the Publishing Team Leader for Refresh Ministry Women. Her interests include singing, reading, genealogy, gardening, foraging, and crafting, but her favorite activity is keeping up with her 3 adult kids, their spouses, and 4 active grandchildren.

Letitia Gonzalez will serve as Cohort Assistant leader for the Monday PM cohort. She serves as Kids Pastor, Missions Director, and Lead Pastor’s Wife at Berea Temple International Church in St. Louis, MO. She has a heart for discipleship and a passion for helping women grow in their faith and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Whether she’s teaching, leading, or encouraging, Letitia serves with care, consistency, and a genuine love for people.

With over 20 years in ministry and 24 years of marriage, Letitia has learned to trust God through every season. Outside of church, she enjoys journaling with a Coke Zero nearby, watching a good movie, and finding inspiration in the aisles of Hobby Lobby. Letitia is passionate about helping others grow in Christ and live with purpose, walking daily in grace, truth, and obedience.
