Cheryl Davis is a 2nd generation Pastor and a graduate of Evangel (College) University (’82). She is married to her husband, Terry (CBC ’81) of 40 years. Terry is an Ordained Minister and Cheryl is a Licensed Minister. Together they have 2 sons: Devin (SAGU ’14) an Ordained Minister, Worship Pastor, Songwriter and Musician. Dillon (Rachel, married ’21) is a graduate of EU 2022 with a Music Recording Tech degree. He is also a worship leader, songwriter, and musician.
In May of 2020, Terry and Cheryl moved to Salem MO to be lead Pastors at Grace Community Church. They have pastored primarily in Arkansas, but also in the Oklahoma District. They are looking forward to all that God is doing in these last days within the body of Christ. They truly believe “the latter will be greater than the former.”
Cheryl loves pastoring and watching individuals and families grow in their Faith. She loves music, digging in the dirt (anything outside), shopping and teaching God’s Word.
Group Details
We will be taking an 8 week journey into the Book “Unoffendable.” This book has been a personal eye-opener. What would the church be like if we, the body of Christ, would be “Unoffendable?” What is your default setting: anger/love, acceptance/exclusiveness? This book offers a beautiful perspective of sinners the way God sees them. How do you respond to people around you who sin…..you know, the “bad sins?” Remember “while WE were sinners, Christ died for us??” Come join me. It will be a journey to remember!!
We will do weekly Zoom discussions of 3 chapters at a time. I hope to do this on Tuesday evenings, but am open to some class discussion for the class day and time.
